A webcam is installed in Westerly, Rhode Island to monitor shoreline change and beach usage as part of the Webcoos network. This partnership between NERACOOS, RI Coastal Resources Management Council, and The University of Rhode Island Enhances Coastal Monitoring monitors shoreline change and beach usage.
